The Problem: 42 Hours Per Week Across Four Manual Processes

The client was a mid-size professional services firm with 28 staff. On average, 42 hours per week were being spent across four manual processes: data entry from incoming client forms into their CRM (11 hrs), generating weekly client-facing reports from CRM data (9 hrs), scheduling follow-up calls and updating status fields manually (14 hrs), and routing completed documents to the right client folders and sending notification emails (8 hrs).
